Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over Ireland, 7 days a week, including bank holidays.

Are there delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, based on your location and product ordered e.g. Food, Equipment etc.

Can I track my order

No, we are in development regarding tracking systems, but currently this option is not available

Can I book Staff to assist?

Yes, all skill positions are available. See Staff Booking Tab for rates

Can I hire Equipment for my event

We can organise all the equipment you need for your event from linen, tables and chairs, glassware, crockery and cutlery. Whatever is required. See Equipment Tab for details

What if I need to cancel my booking’

Hot Food: Cancellation is required 72 hours before event date. 

Cold Food: Cancellation is required 48 hours before event date. 

Due to the nature of our business, we must charge our customers the full cost of any order that is not cancelled within the required time.

What are your payment terms?

Online Payment Method is available

Customers requesting to be billed post event must be approved for billing prior to the event and a company credit check will be carried out.

Can I set up a corporate account?

Yes, but all companies must complete the necessary paperwork and await the result of a credit check.

Can I substitute items or change the menus?

All menus are carefully designed to cater for small numbers, there should be no need to alter menus. Note: You can make a request at the checkout section and we will contact you regarding your request.

Can I get my order in individual portions?

Yes, but this will incur an additional €1.00 p per person per dish

You can choose how you would like your food delivered, hot or cold.

What happens if there are Breakages?

Any breakages or missing equipment will be charged to the customer.

Do you have a minimum order?

Minimum orders are calculated based on the minimum order available for each product.

By what time do I need to place an order?

Orders can be placed up to 24 hours prior to being required.

Can I collect an order?

Not at this time, we can only deliver.

Can I request a delivery time?

Yes, but we do a 60-minute window for delivery timelines due to unforeseen traffic issues

Deloitte Best Managed Companies

Fitzers Catering Ltd. has been named as one of Ireland’s ‘Best Managed’ companies in the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards Programme at an awards gala dinner in Dublin in March 2020.
The Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards Programme, in association with Bank of Ireland, the Irish Management Institute and Sunday Business Post, recognises indigenous Irish companies across Ireland which are operating at the highest levels of business performance.

 ISO 20121 Certificate.

Fitzers Catering seized the initiative to become the first Irish Catering company in Ireland to be awarded the prestigious ISO 20121 Certificate.

This ISO was created to implement an Event Management Sustainability Program for the London 2012 Olympic Games and we have successfully maintained, recertified and developed this Award since 2013.

We achieved this standard at the Convention Centre Dublin, Leopardstown Racecourse, The Law Society.  Our sustainability is at the heart of our company, our employees and our clients and events.

Business All-Star Accreditation

In March 2020, We were awarded with the coveted Business All-Star Accreditation. It is an independently verified standard mark for businesses based on rigorous selection criteria; performance, trust and customer centricity. #businessallstars @BizAllStars

The three pillars of All-Ireland Business All-Star accreditation are Performance, Trust and Customer Centricity. Each requirement within the three areas must be satisfied to become accredited as a Business All-Star and an in-dept assessment of our business model was completed successfully.

Healthy Venues Accreditation

Fitzers Catering & The Convention Centre Dublin is third in the world to receive Healthy Venues Accreditation, it has been awarded a silver status by the World Obesity Federation’s Healthy Venues Award programme. The CCD is the second venue in Europe, and third worldwide, to receive a Healthy Venue accreditation after it met all the criteria to become a Silver Healthy Venue.

The Healthy Venues Award encourages venues to support their delegates and staff in making healthier choices during conferences. It is broken down into the three components of workplace health, healthy catering and promoting activity.

Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Chamber Business Awards.

Fitzers Catering picked up two awards at the 2019 Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Chamber Business Awards. DLR Chamber represents more than 800 companies, from start-ups to multi-nationals, connecting over 50 industry sectors and these two awards were in recognition of the efforts Fitzers Catering make in the over all sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
