Fitzers Catering has a dedicated Training Academy to ensure that our employees are continuously improving their skills and courses are delivered on a regular basis. We provide internal Continuous Improvement and Innovation Committees to ensure innovation is at the heart of our company.
Our courses are tailored in-house and all materials are developed and adapted for each venue. Our mission is to provide our employees with the skills to deliver the highest standard of customer service to our clients and customers. Our training programs consist of classroom training, one to one coaching and continual assessments.
