In September 2010, Fitzers Catering won the contract for the Convention Centre Dublin and since the venue opened its’ doors we have held that contract. Over the years we have catered for some of the largest international conferences and state functions to take place on the island of Ireland and during our time in the venue we have received multiple awards and numerous accolades for our outstanding work.

Canapé receptions are a huge part of our business in the Convention Centre, and they are a relatively quick and easy solution to the daunting task of serving the masses.

In recent years, there has been a significant rise in the popularity of this style of dining at gatherings of friends and family. Finger food and bitesize portions of deliciousness allow your guests to mingle with one another in a comfortable environment where space is limited.
