Our family has enjoyed a great love of Spanish culture and Spanish cuisine for many decades. Our sister Geraldine was the leading force in transforming Fitzers on Camden street into the first ever Spanish restaurant in Dublin, in 1985. It was renowned for it’s authentic tapas, mouth-watering paella and the odd flamenco show. Over the years, Paula and Sharon visited different regions throughout Spain and this is how we learned all about Spanish food and the wonderful style of eating that the people of Spain enjoy.
While Sharon spent time in Madrid in the early 1990s, Paula visited Jerez, Nerja, Malaga, and other beautiful areas in the South of Spain. During our frequent trips to the country, we acquired authentic tapas and traditional Spanish recipes. Our dishes are inspired by the beautiful places that we visited, and the remarkable people that we encountered there.
