In the early 1990s, film catering became a huge part of our business and for years we fed Hollywood’s biggest stars. Some of our own film credits include Braveheart, Angela’s Ashes, Michael Collins, The Boxer and In the Name of the Father. A special treat for the film cast and crew on a sunny day was a barbeque.

Our barbeque days were very often held in Ireland’s most wonderful beauty spots and the cast and crews of future blockbusters savored the rare appearance of the sun while munching on our delicious food. We were not only renowned as being the best in the business at home here in Ireland, but we obtained and enjoyed an international reputation for excellence.
